We’ll be opening up some special bottles that evening, and - of course - there will be magnum pours!

RAW OYSTERS 

chardonnay mignonette, charred lemon

BAGNA CAUDA 

raw & fermented vegetables

ROASTED SAVOY CABBAGE

sea lettuce and crab head butter, preserved mussels, black lentils, mussel and whey broth, bay oil

ROAST CHICKEN 

lacquered with caramelized honey agridulce, confit potato, chicories with schmaltz  vinaigrette and late-autumn citrus, chamomile glacè

BLACK SESAME CREME BRULEE
